• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered.​

• If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 10 working days of dispatch for lost items and 7 working days for damaged items.

Returns & Refunds​

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.​

• Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition received.

• Pre-loved items must not be worn after purchase.

• Tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.​

If you change your mind, you will only be offered a credit note, which will be issued once returned items are received.

Refunds are only offered where a product is faulty, and the fault is not mentioned within the item description. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
