2. Products

We sell both new (without tags) and pre-loved babywear.

  • Pre-loved items are carefully inspected before sale.

  • As items are pre-owned, minor signs of wear may be present.

  • Any significant flaws will be clearly described in the product listing.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • All items are laundered using Fairy laundry detergent and fabric softener, prior to be advertised for sale.

All items are subject to availability.

 

3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • You will receive an email confirmation after purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary (e.g. pricing errors or stock issues). If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

 

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

 

 

5. Payment

We accept secure payment through trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

 

We do not store your card details.

 

6. Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

  • Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered.

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 10 working days of dispatch for lost items and 7 working days for damaged items.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received.

  • Pre-loved items must not be worn after purchase.

  • Tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

8. Faulty Items

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

We may request photos before arranging a replacement or refund.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and branding — is the property of Little Bear Babywear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Minor variations in product appearance

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under UK law.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days.

  • Orders are not processed during UK bank holidays.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or other trusted courier services.

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

  • Tracked / Signed For: 1–3 working days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery method.

 

We aim to keep postage costs fair and reflective of Royal Mail pricing.

 

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply for redelivery.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK), please contact us.

 

We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, raise a claim.

6. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

 

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

You then have a further 7 days to send the item back.

  • Pre-loved items must not be worn after purchase.

  • Tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in a different condition.

 

 

8. Return Postage Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

 

Please note:

As we specialise in affordable pre-loved babywear, the cost of return postage may exceed the value of the item being refunded. We kindly ask customers to consider this before arranging a return.

 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit. Any and all items are returned at your own risk.

 

 

9. Refunds

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photographs where possible.

  • If confirmed faulty, we will arrange a refund or replacement and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

 

11. Pre-Loved Item Disclaimer

All pre-loved items are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible.

 

Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, minor signs of wear may be present i.e. slight bobbling, etc. Any significant flaws will always be clearly stated in the product description before purchase.
